The Swallows are reporting that they have acquired left-handed pitcher Kouki Watanabe through a trade with the Rakuten Golden Eagles. Yakyu Baka (via Sanspo) is reporting that the Swallows have signed left-handed first baseman Josh Whitesell to a contract.
