Tokyo Swallows Podcast 14 (May, 2013)

We need a lot more praying it seems.

We need a lot more praying it seems.

The season is nearly two months old, and Dave and Christopher have finally sat down to discuss the ups and downs (but mostly the latter) of the 2013 campaign as it has unfolded thus far.

Here’s some of what to expect:

  • A new TSP sponsor to help compensate for the sorry start to the season.
  • The lay of the land in the Central League.
  • Why Tokyo sucks so phenomenally right now.
  • Revisions to the Interleague schedule?
  • Our proposal for a new ticket package at Jingu Stadium.
  • More female genitalia.

As always thank you for listening, and in case you missed it, the last installment of the TSP can be found right here.

About Christopher Pellegrini

Christopher is a budding sabermetrician and long-time supporter of Tokyo's more lovable team, the Swallows. He has publicly volunteered, several times, that he plans to buy the team at some point in the future. When he finally runs the joint, it is likely that he will fine any player who swings at the first pitch or sac bunts (unless it's a pitcher, of course). Follow him on Twitter: @chrispellegrini

As an ardent fan of Passion, I believe the reason for our slump is that we need more cheerleaders performing more often. Preferably set to the music of Pitbull.

    • Dear Mr.HC

It is with regret that I have to inform you that, based upon the above comment, when we complete our takeover of the team we will not be offering you the position of director of entertainmentsu.

Thank you for your interest in our organisation.
