Tokyo is slated to kick off the 2012 season on March 30th against Yomiuri, and with spring camp starting in a little more than three weeks, it’s about time we started making wild predictions and thinking wishfully about how close Tokyo will come to winning the pennant.
Wishful thinking can wait just a bit, but let’s throw some batting orders out there just for shits ‘n giggles. If you’ve been following the site over the past couple of months, then you have a pretty good idea of what we have to look forward to this year.
If I were Ogawa, here’s the card that I would fork over on opening day:
1. Fukuchi CF
2. Noguchi 3B
3. Takeuchi 1B
4. Iihara LF
5. Fukukawa C
6. Fujimoto 2B
7. Yuichi RF
8. Miyade 2B
9. Miyamoto P
And that’s why I should be GM.
Post your winning combination in the comments.
