He’s only pinch-hitting right now. It sounds like his leg injury is not back to 100% yet. It’s easy to see when he tries to run. I would imagine that he’s being kept out of the lineup right now in order to put as little strain on his leg as possible.

The stat sheet that I follow indicates that D’Antona played last night, so I guess he’s OK.

Is D’Antona healing well? He seemed to be back in the lineup earlier this month, then dropped out. Did the Swallows try to bring him back too soon?
