About Christopher Pellegrini

Christopher is a budding sabermetrician and long-time supporter of Tokyo's more lovable team, the Swallows. He has publicly volunteered, several times, that he plans to buy the team at some point in the future. When he finally runs the joint, it is likely that he will fine any player who swings at the first pitch or sac bunts (unless it's a pitcher, of course). Follow him on Twitter: @chrispellegrini

And just as a general reminder to all of our readers: the standings for both the Central and Pacific Leagues, the Swallows’ game-by-game results (with links to summaries), and the records of each CL team vs. each other are updated every evening on our Game Results page – we are also, more often than not, a couple of hours faster than TBS or any of the newspaper sites in posting the new standings.

As we did last year, we’ll soon be adding daily updates of team stats as well.
