Looking back, the Pacific League last year was really exciting. I don&#039;t think any of the so-called &quot;experts&quot; predicted Seibu and Orix finishing first and second, actually I don&#039;t think very many people saw them even to be A-class teams. This year should be exciting as well. Lots of drama involved. Bobby&#039;s last year, Nomura&#039;s  last contract season, Iguchi coming back, the Rose-Cabrera-Fernandez-LaRoca connection, the defending champs without coach Dave Okubo, Oishi&#039;s first real year as manager.... and of course all the awesome young pitchers in the league, and how the WBC will affect them...
On the other hand the C-League was the same old same old with the Giant, Tigers, and Dragons, making it to the post-season. Hopefully Yakult can mix things up a bit this year.</description>
